My family & went to Banks Lake for the 4th of July for 5 days. The boat we brought ended up breaking down 2 or 3 times. We were referred to MPH . We assumed we'd have no luck with a mechanic om a busy holiday weekend but were we surprised. Mike, the owner of MPH, not only took time to see what was wrong, but within a couple of minutes had the problem figured out. He was very quick to fix it to get us on our way. We ended up having another unrelated problem after we launched the boat at the lake so we tied it off at the dock. We had to run into town to the store and figured we'd stop and ask for Mike's opinion. He told us he'd come down to the boat in an hour. 20 mins later he was there & within mins again, had it figured out. 5 mins later that problem too was fixed. On Saturday evening we had another (unrelated) problem and took the boat to his shop. We planned on dropping it off and coming back from Seattle where we live to pick it up when finished. I called Mike to see where to park it & he told us to wait and he would be there in 5 minutes. I told him he did not have to stop what he was doing on Saturday evening to come look at the boat because we figured the motor was blown. Five minutes later he was there listened to it for a minute and assured us that it was not as bad as we thought. Its rare to see such excellent customer service & NEVER from a mechanic that I've met before. Mike honestly loves what he does and it shows with how quick he is to drop everything to help. I want to move from Seattle out there so he can be my mechanic for everything! If your anywhere near MPH and need a mechanic, you won't be sorry. We weren't! Thanks again Mike & crew at MPH!
